Snickerdoodles

1 C margarine
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 C flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Colored sugars - by holiday baking items or create your own with white sugar/food coloring

Mix margarine, sugar and eggs. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.

Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in the colored sugars. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes
