Sweet and Sour Party Meatballs
Yield: 5 dozen
1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. fresh or bottled lemon juice
60 meatballs (frozen or homemade)
In a medium sized saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is smooth and cranberry sauce is melted. Pour over the meat balls. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes
