Protien Balls
Yield: 16 balls
1/4 c cashews
1/4 c almonds
1/4 c sultanas (golden raisins)
1/4 c dried cranberries
8-10 dates
1/4 c shredded coconut
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
3 tbsp chia seeds - optional
Process in a food processor for 3-5 minutes or until mixture is well combined. Roll into balls
