Green Bean Snack Sticks
Dehydrating
Frozen whole green beans (to use fresh, blanch green beans for 3 minutes)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Sea Salt to taste
Toss frozen green beans (or fresh blanched and patted dry) in olive oil and salt.
Lay on dehydrator trays and dry for 6-8 hours at 135 F.
*Variation: Replace green beans with Okra pods
